Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to Singapore’s main island (excluding restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, and offshore islands). -
When are deliveries made?
Usually take up to 10 working days from the order date. -
What is the shipping fee?
A flat $10 shipping fee applies per order. Some special addresses may have extra charges, which we’ll inform you about before dispatch. -
Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes, urgent delivery can be arranged, but extra charges will apply. -
What happens if delivery fails?
If delivery fails, a re-delivery can be arranged with additional fees. -
Which items are not eligible for exchange?
Size/fit issues, sale or discounted items, or used/washed items are not eligible for exchange. -
Which items are eligible for exchange?
Items eligible for exchange (reported within 2 days of delivery) include wrong items received, manufacturing defects, or items damaged during delivery. -
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery via email (vibes.zyra@gmail.com) or WhatsApp with your Order ID. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or ask you to self-dispatch. -
When are refunds issued?
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available and will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product is verified. -
How is my data used and protected?
We collect necessary details like name, contact number, email, delivery address, and order/payment details to process orders and arrange delivery. Your data is kept secure and used only as long as necessary, in line with Singapore’s PDPA.
