  1. Where do you deliver?
    We deliver only to Singapore’s main island (excluding restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, and offshore islands).
  2. When are deliveries made?
    Usually take up to 10 working days from the order date.
  3. What is the shipping fee?
    A flat $10 shipping fee applies per order. Some special addresses may have extra charges, which we’ll inform you about before dispatch.
  4. Can I request urgent delivery?
    Yes, urgent delivery can be arranged, but extra charges will apply.
  5. What happens if delivery fails?
    If delivery fails, a re-delivery can be arranged with additional fees.
  6. Which items are not eligible for exchange?
    Size/fit issues, sale or discounted items, or used/washed items are not eligible for exchange.
  7. Which items are eligible for exchange?
    Items eligible for exchange (reported within 2 days of delivery) include wrong items received, manufacturing defects, or items damaged during delivery.
  8. How do I request an exchange?
    Contact us within 2 days of delivery via email (vibes.zyra@gmail.com) or WhatsApp with your Order ID. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or ask you to self-dispatch.
  9. When are refunds issued?
    Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available and will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product is verified.
  10. How is my data used and protected?
    We collect necessary details like name, contact number, email, delivery address, and order/payment details to process orders and arrange delivery. Your data is kept secure and used only as long as necessary, in line with Singapore’s PDPA.
