At Zyra Vibe, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, reliable, and transparent. Our shipping policy explains everything you need to know about how and where we deliver.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only within Singapore’s main island.
Please note that restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, and offshore islands are not included in our delivery network. Orders placed with delivery addresses in these zones cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are usually delivered within 7–15 working days from the order date. The delivery period begins only after your order is confirmed and payment has been received successfully. While we strive to meet this timeline, there may occasionally be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues or festive season demand.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $3 applies to all orders below $50. Orders of $50 and above qualify for free shipping. Some special addresses may require additional delivery charges, and we'll inform you before dispatch if that applies.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided, or if no one is available to receive the parcel, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.
In such cases, a re-delivery can be arranged, but please note that additional fees will apply for the second attempt.
